Well where can I start we booked this place as it was advertised on the daily telegraph as one of the best hotels in Cheltenham with the AA five star rating. But the for sale sign outside the property should have warned us of what we were to encounter inside. The supposedly boutique style hotel as advertised was just a shabby run down bed and breakfast. We had paid 120 for a room with balcony. What we got was a tiny room and a dirty decked balcony which was accessed through the window by climbing onto a wooden box!! It was the most uninviting balcony I had ever seen. The room and the

An absolutely fantastic hotel. Have stayed here a couple of times, the rooms are clean, bright and decorated really well. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast is great - cannot recommend highly enough

Booked a garden room, as we travel with a dog, it was perfect! Location, clean and the host was very welcoming. The outdoor seating area was perfect as was the weather. All in all a very good stay. On road parking pay at meter. Breakfast was excellent and the bed very comfortable.
