A fantastic medical centre with fantastic Doctors and other members of staff. The service provided via face to face appointments, telephone calls, emails and askmyGP online, continue to be an excellent service and extremely efficient. Well done to all at the centre!

Reception staff are appalling. Theyve used a pandemic and the suffering of others to lessen their work loads and do practically nothing. Seems to be only those who call themselves key workers that have been ill equipped in handling the general public during a pandemic, yet any other professional dealing with the general public have managed just fine, theyre not dealing with people face to face so it cant be blamed on the spread of COVID. My mother is terminally ill with cancer, she attends this practice. Last week the ask my GP app was offline by 9am. I rang the surgery after being

Avoid at all costs. impossible to get a appointment without a phone consultation, rude reception staff, refuse to deal with repeat prescriptions over the phone,. im on lifetime medication and never once contacted about covid jabs, flue jabs, booster - if I could give a minus rating I would

Doctors and nurses are all amazing. But their ask my gp appointment system is a joke. You have to be there online at 6am if you want to have an appointment! By 8am it's over, you can't get one. And if you call, they basically tell you to book your appointment via ask my gp on their website.

I have been going to this practice since 2018. I absolutely LOVE the clinical staff. My GP is one of my favourite people who makes me feel comfortable coming to him with any issues that I may have...... The receptionist staff, including the manager are the most appallingly disgustingly behaved people I have ever interacted with in my life (with the exception of perhaps one person, E). They refuse to acknowledge or take accountability for the way they speak to patients or behave. My challenge with this surgery continues to be the reception staff.
