Soak feet in a warm, soothing, foot bath. Cut nails then work down the feet removing any corns or callouses - offering advice on any treatment that may be needed e.g. Dressings, where appropriate, are included in the price of the treatment - with the exception of ingrowing toenails. We have a resident nail surgeon qualified to do nail surgery eg partial or full nail avusions.
Nail Surgery

Nail surgery is the removal of all of the toenail or part of the nail. We will administer a local anesthetic so the procedure will be painless. After the nail is removed, a chemical may be applied to the exposed nail bed to prevent regrowth by destroying the nail cells. 1. Partial nail avulsion is a very effective and commonly used operation for treating ingrown toenails.
Colonic Hydrotherapy

Colonic Hydrotherapy is a gentle internal bath using purified water. The water is flushed through the colon releasing and bringing with it any stools, poisons, mucous and toxic substances from the colon. The whole process takes approximately 60 minutes. During the treatment the colon is flushed a number of times, gently eliminating toxins and waste material, equalling up to 20-30 bowel movements.
Ultrasonic Lipo

For those who have lost weight through diet and exercise but still have areas where fat seems impossible to shift, liposuction could be the answer.

Often results are visible with the first session but will improve further over the course of 4 treatments. We will assess the final result 3 weeks after completing the six sessions. Maximum results require at least 12 to 18 treatment sessions per area. The fat cells treated with ultrasonic liposuction will not return or re-grow, so that is a permanent effect.
