We are a traditional family GP Surgery with a modern twist. We provide the standard care every practice delivers but we also offer better and more flexible online services and help. In addition, we recruit and provide other services like First Contact Physiotherapists so our patients get faster access to care that is also local. We are constantly innovating to make access to care easier, provide a website that helps people find other services and how to self help, and by recruiting allied healthcare professionals to give our patients better and more local care. Our mission is to keep the patient at the heart of everything we do by providing outstanding care and support to every patient, every time.We offer chronic disease reviews, frailty assessments, phlebotomy services, immunisations, mental health practitioners, and focused care workers. Our team includes GP Partners, advanced nurse practitioners, physician associates, and allied healthcare professionals. How do I book an urgent GP appointment?
Use our online request system for same-day slots released from 8am, or call 0161 357 1600 during opening hours for urgent medical needs.
Can I get prescription repeats online?
Yes, through Patient Access or the NHS App. Allow 48 hours processing time, with electronic transfers to your nominated pharmacy.
What mental health services are available?
We offer rapid access to mental health practitioners, MIND practitioners, and crisis helpline referrals for anxiety, depression, and emotional wellbeing support.
Do you offer home visits?
Home visits are available for registered housebound patients within our practice boundary. Request before 11am whenever possible.
How do I access test results?
Normal results are communicated via SMS or online access. Abnormal findings receive direct follow-up through phone calls or letters.
What services require advance booking?
Extended hours appointments (6:30pm-9pm weekdays) and Saturday slots require advance booking through our dedicated phone line.
