I believe in natural health and being empowered by taking responsibility for our own body, health and well-being. The repetitive actions of work, lifestyle, sports and hobbies, can put strains and stresses on our bodies which can cause persistent aches and pains. Emotional stresses can also have a huge impact on the body and mind which may manifest as physical discomforts, raised blood pressure or anxiety and insomnia.

Massage Therapy is a comprehensive and completely natural treatment which aids the body's own healing process to help alleviate these discomforts. I am currently just working from VB Health in Grasscroft, Saddleworth and currently unable to offer appointments at OCL Saddleworth Pool and Gym. These changes may be emotional, physical or behavioural, or a combination of all three.
