My interest in massage started around 9 years ago through gym related activities. Having had a number of sports massages to ease rehabilitation from injury, I discovered a passion. Body Advance has fast become the go to therapy clinic in Doncaster serving the town and wider surrounding communities.
Being centrally located we are easily accessed from the M18 junction 3 and from the north via the A1M Junction 37. We are based within a dedicated therapy facility at the prestigious Cavendish Court Development on South Parade, chosen for its location, space and architectural splendour. We approach each session on a client by client basis offering a range of techniques and therapies.

Our treatments are based on a number of osteopathic lead principles across disciplines of massage, mobilisations and sports taping. We also work with clients who present medical conditions with the aim of reducing symptoms.

Your initial appointment will begin with an in depth review of your personal information and medical history. From there we will discuss what treatment would be appropriate plus address any questions you may have.

We diligently earmark a plan of training that enables us to develop treatment using a wide range of techniques.

With more and more employers placing importance on health and wellbeing in the workplace due to higher demands and stress levels on staff, there is a clear defined need for intervention. With this in mind, we at Body Advance have introduced a package of corporate wellness to be delivered on site. We will deliver 15 to 20 min client focussed massage sessions for up to 25 people for 495.
