The back, neck and shoulder is a firm massage and focuses on built-up stress and muscle tension in all areas around the neck, shoulder and across the back. This massage alleviates stress, improves circulation and posture, relaxes muscles and improves flexibility, relieves tension headaches, strengthens the immune system and helps decrease feelings of depression.

A couple's massage is a wonderfully relaxing, personal experience. During the session, two people will receive a one hour massage each at the same time and in the same room from two different therapists or can be taken in separate rooms, We start with a ten minute's full body warm up session to relieve tension without oil, you can choose different treatments but the price may vary from each treatment.

The treatment combines Eastern massage techniques with light-pressure patting, rolling, kneading and a gentle but deeply effective massage. The heat from the compress carries the herbal essences and the essential oils deep into the skin and underlying tissues and organs.

The treatment brings about a deep sensation of comfort and warmth; the compresses are soaked and then steamed to provide deep penetrating warmth whilst stimulating the body to detoxify and heal itself.

The hot stone massage uses soothing oils, warm basalt hot marble stones to relax your muscles, allowing for a deeper and more intense all-over massage. In hot stone therapy, your therapist applies smooth, water-heated basalt stones to key points on your body. This direct heat relaxes your muscles, which means that the massage itself is more effective and intense.
