Loved my 2 night stay.. Friendly staff great breakfast and comfy bed.. Shower a bit small but that's about it. Oh and off road parking.

Absolutely wonderful staff fabulous breakfast extremely clean beautifully decorated honestly can't say anything bad about. Best the 2 hosts John and Tony have the most adorable little westies Toby and Milli who are very affectionate

Booked this hotel based on reviews... we were not disappointed. Nice friendly welcome. Hotel was very clean and tidy.
Shown to our room (room 4) very tastefully decorated.. snug, but very comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Served with a smile and pipping hot... More than enough to eat.... I would not hesitate to book here again when I next stay in Blackpool...

Loved staying here. John is an amazing host, room was comfy and has a boutique feel to it, fantastic location and would highly recommend having the breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again.
