This is a true hidden gem. Have now stayed here a few times. This was the busiest yet nothing seemed to faze the proprietors. Breakfast out of this world. Bar prices very reasonable. Rooms and overall premises smack of quality. Easy car parking and convenient for trams add to the holiday experience . Chris and Christine please continue to set the standard for similar places to try and emulate. Look forward to seeing you in the new year

A lovely, clean, modern, quiet B&B hotel, near to the tram for a quick ride into the centre of Blackpool. Each room has a parking space allocated. Our host Chris was very helpful and makes sure his guests have everything they need. There's a well stocked honesty bar for a quiet drink on your return home. I highly recommend a stay here.

Chris and Christine are wonderful hosts. This hotel gem is immaculate, perfect service, fabulous breakfast.There are no negatives, next time you're thinking about visiting Blackpool this is only place to stay.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Chris and Christine are fabulous hosts and the hotel is in an amazing location. The bed was wonderful and breakfast was absolutely brilliant. We loved it so much we decided to add another night to our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely return.

Stayed here with my wife for a few nights during her birthday, we were greeted by a very friendly manager who showed us around our room. Our room was very clean and tidy and we slept very well. Our breakfast was spot on and quick service. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Blackpool! 👍

Just had a lovely 3 nights stay here . Chris and Christine are a lovely friendly couple. Christine Is a wiz in the kitchen and nothing is too much trouble for this great couple. Only problem for me was the bed was too soft but ideal for my partner . Highly recommend this Hotel.

Excellent stay, immaculate cleanliness around the hotel. Rooms well equipped, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was superb, definitely up there with best hotel full English breakfasts Ive had, everything of a high standard especially the black pudding.
Chris was very friendly asked how we were/what our plans were at breakfast each morning. We used the trams to get around and bought the tickets on the app. We had filtered water in our room to reduce plastic consumption and could refill these if needed.
