Osteopathy
Osteopathy treats musculoskeletal conditions through hands-on techniques including soft tissue manipulation, joint articulation, and postural correction. Our practitioners address back pain, frozen shoulder, sports injuries, and chronic conditions while incorporating rehabilitation exercises. Treatments focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall wellbeing through natural methods.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture uses fine needles to stimulate specific points on the body, promoting natural healing and pain relief. This traditional Chinese medicine technique addresses chronic pain, stress, and various health conditions by restoring energy flow. Sessions combine modern understanding with centuries-old practices for effective symptom management.
Sports Massage
Sports massage provides deep tissue treatment for injury recovery and performance enhancement. Therapists use targeted techniques to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and prevent injuries. Sessions include movement analysis and rehabilitation advice tailored to athletes and active individuals.
Complementary Therapies
Complementary therapies integrate with osteopathy to address whole-body wellness. Services include hydrotherm massage for pregnancy comfort, movement dysfunction analysis, and customised treatment plans combining multiple modalities for comprehensive care.
Osteoporosis Screening
Osteoporosis screening identifies bone density issues through clinical assessment and risk factor analysis. Quarterly clinics offer early detection and management strategies including exercise recommendations, postural advice, and lifestyle modifications to prevent fractures and maintain skeletal health.

Very friendly service. What particularly like is that when the osteopath though I'd had enough treatment he told me. Id definitely use them again if I were in need.
