Targeted hypnotherapy sessions address chronic sleep difficulties by retraining thought patterns that disrupt rest. Combining relaxation techniques with cognitive behavioural strategies, we help clients establish healthier sleep routines. This service draws on specialist training in sleep disorders and over a decade of clinical experience treating insomnia-related conditions.

Our systematic desensitisation approach helps clients overcome specific phobias through gradual exposure techniques combined with hypnotic suggestion. This evidence-based method safely addresses both common and unusual phobias by restructuring automatic fear responses while maintaining client comfort throughout the therapeutic process.

I have just finished 6 sessions with Sarah, she was great at providing tools to navigate day to day life, in practical sessions that focus on changes you would like to make. The sessions aren't intended on being long term, more a short burst of sessions which I really liked. You will get more out of the sessions if you practice in between. I look forward to coming back to Sarah to have a check in later in the year.

Empowering, Clarity & Successful would be the 3 words I would use to describe this experience. As Sarah says, there is no magic wand but she does bring you on a journey which makes sense each step of the way. I wanted to stop vaping and within 2 weeks (just 3 appointments) it was no longer part of my life. Thank you once again.

The sessions with Sarah have had a massive positive affect on my insomnia, I am now sleeping better as I am calmer when I go to bed and this is due to the techniques that I have been taught. I used to dread going to bed as I would lie awake for what felt like hours and then would struggle the next day to be productive. I am now getting to sleep a lot easier and find that more and more I am falling to sleep straight away. Such a positive experience that I would highly recommend.
