Refuses to see an 8 month old baby or pescribe any antibiotics for the conjunctivitis. Will not allow the children into the surgery and will only see them in the car.

Had no problems and have been with this surgery for over 10 years, much better than 90% of local doctors for waiting times and booking appointments.

Called at 8.30 I was number 19 then had the phone put down on me before having chance to speak to anyone I called back and this happened a further 9times I recorded all calls and phone data apparently the staff wouldn't put the phone down but you could clearly here the handset being smashed onto the reciever. This went on till 10 on the 9th time of being cut off I got in the car and went down and made an appointment at the desk absolute joke.
