Under normal circumstances these are paid by the Building Owner. We charge by the hour @ 180 plus VAT but can at the request of the Building Owner review the scheme and can agree a FIXED FEE in advance. We are a London based firm with offices in Hackney, East London. We cover all of the London Boroughs and undertake a large volume of projects in Islington, Tower Hamlets, Newham and Haringey as well as the Home Counties.
