Mylako have dealt with my concerns and challenges to do with the management of my flat and the building in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Businesses are made up of people and Mylako has some great professionals working there who take the needs and situations of their customers very seriously and it shows with the correction of issues relating to works needing to be done, accounts to be paid and a myriad of other things for which a capable and willing managing agent is essential

I have recently used Mylako Ltd for a probate valuation. Jake has been great throughout, very responsive and very helpful. The surveyor used was a great chap too. I would highly recommend them. Great service, cheaper than all quotes I had received and really made the task seamless and quick during upsetting and difficult times. Keep up the fab work!

Our property manager has always been very responsive with issues that arise at our residence, but the cherry on top was an internal power outage on Christmas Day that was actioned and resolved within hours. The out of hours support answered the phone straight away, directed my issue to our property manager who called within minutes and had an electrician here within an hour. As a tenant, I continue to be impressed with their service and would highly recommend if acting on behalf of a property owner. Thank you Mylako!
