Weve had a very positive experience. Andrews building survey report was detailed and clear. We appreciated him highlighting the most urgent issues and giving his estimate of the cost of each repair. Andrew, Sue and the whole team at RES Prop have been very responsive throughout. Its clear they have good local knowledge and experience. We are first time buyers so didnt have much experience but have been reassured at every step of the process. We were attracted to the company for their fair pricing and have not been disappointed!
