Our practice is set up in two branches, the main branch is at 264-266 East Park Road and the branch surgery is at 41-43 Doncaster Road. The main surgery has disability parking available. Both surgeries have wheelchair access. We are a training practice, training foundation year doctors and medical students.

We want you to be pro-active about taking care and staying in good health, so we've added the links for Live Well and Wellbeing sections too, so please do check them out, get inspired and share with others! When the practice is closed and you feel you need urgent medical advice or help that is not an emergency call 111.
Our Staff

Our receptionists are pleasant, trained and experienced in dealing with confidential matters. They will respect your needs at all times. The local team of Health Visitors provide information, support and advice on family health matters and nursing mothers. They also carry out the Baby Checks. They provide nursing care to the house bound and the terminally ill and assess the need for medical equipment at home.
Appointments

The majority of our appointments need to be pre-booked and this can be done up to one week in advance. Our practice now enables you to make online appointment bookings. To register for this service, simply bring in a photo ID and the receptionists will provide a form to fill. If, before your appointment, you no longer need to see the doctor, then please ring the practice to let us know.
Prescription Information

If you have regular medication for a condition, that your doctor is aware of, you can periodically collect a repeat prescription from the practice without having to make an appointment. Our practice now enables you to request repeat prescriptions online. In order to make use of this facility, you must be registered as a patient with our practice.
