Never call you back, advertise properties that are already rented, poor customer service - EDITED; in response to the owner, the reason i left this review is that no one calls me to update, not even when you have properties that match my criteria, i have called a few times and not received any calls or updates, when i call the office im told the property has been let - therefore i feel my review is fully justified - maybe if you responded to enquiries from rightmove as you do reviews on google then you wouldnt get these negative reviews

Very honest and helpful estate agents; qualities that you rarely find in people or businesses these days. Harsh was very kind, helpful and understanding and ensured that all of my queries were dealt with whilst considering a property and then also dealing with any concerns that I had after moving in. Kat has also been extremely generous in providing the best guidance related to move in procedures such as broadband and energy connections. I would fully recommend Oakhill Estate Agents!
