Thank you so much for always providing an excellent and friendly service. My partner & I have lived in one of their flats for nearly 4 years and have been very happy with our treatment the whole time. Any issues we needed sorting out would be completed no problem in very good time. When we had an issue with the landlord upstairs (separate property) they stepped in & did all the leg work at a moment's notice. All our safety certificates are always kept up to date, and we always receive a warm welcome when we pop into the office. Thanks again we will miss you!

I've used Capital since 2009. They are ultra responsive, experienced and efficient. George and Sean have a great team with a lot of tenure. Along with that comes great experience, advice and problem solving. As an overseas owner it is well worth the peace of mind. I've recommended Capital numerous times and will continue to do so. They are also v ery pleasant to work with and have always found me top tenants.
