I have recently bought a property marketed by Carver from quite a distance away and have found all the staff I have dealt with to be friendly, professional; and extremely knowledgeable and responsive. If they didn't know the answer to my enquiry they found out quickly and communicated the answer to me effectively. It has been quite frustrating not being able to visit the property more than once, which was back in August 2020, due to Covid restrictions and the distance, so I have had to rely on Carver's staff to give me further information, which they have done well. My husband and I have used Carvers estate agents several times recently to buy and sell property. My husband advised James of the type of property we were looking for and the budget available. James communicated regularly with details of suitable property that came on the market and promptly arranged viewings. We found our new home surprisingly quickly. We then used Carvers to sell our existing home. James did the valuation and took good quality photos. A very professional brochure was produced and our property was immediately marketed for sale.
