Avoid this place. Once they sold the property to you, they will not take care of the property. The communication from this company is beyond poorly. It will take a few weeks to fix some maintenance issues.( at the end, I gave up chasing them.)
they will avoid your email and phone calls, and will repeat themselves that they are short on staffs or they are on the conferencing meeting.
Judging by the waiting time and the amount of email i had to send them, I realized that they were avoiding me. I'm SO glad that my contract is over. By the way, they took ages to give the deposit back, as usual
