Kirsty, the Manager, is excellent, very helpful, always willing to sort out any issues with the flat I have been renting for 3 years plus now. I am always sure that anything I need regarding the flat she will liaise with the landlady positively.

Many thanks to Chris and Kirsty for responding so quickly and out of hours to a boiler breakdown during cold weather - late at night on a Saturday. An engineer came out on Sunday and a new boiler was installed on the Monday at a reasonable cost.

The best estate agent in town! This is the 3rd property Ive rented with Tate partnership and the 9th year Ive known Kristy Padda and Chris Ring. They are both so professional, helpful and true to their word. The attention to detail is like no other. Kirsty always goes above and beyond. Tate have looked after the rental of my flat in Chiswick for 16 years and I could not be more satisfied. They have always been responsive, helpful, efficient and friendly. Their service has been outstanding in finding tenents, looking after the property, negotiating on my behalf and dealing with all the usual maintenance issues that can arise. My tenents have also felt themselves supported whenever they have needed something. They give me peace of mind and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
