All the team are lovely and efficient. very polite and friendly.When small problems have arisen in property I rent, they have all been fixed quickly and have gone the extra mile. Especially appreciate when I first moved in through no fault of spaces and places my gas and electric was cut off (bad supplier) the team couldn't of been more thoughtful bringing storage heaters and just generally checking in. All round lovely team and maintenance staff great too. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent a property to use spaces and places.

Have just rented a property through this estate agents and they have been fantastic. Would highly recommend them to anyone . They have kept in contact even after I have moved in to make sure that everything is ok and to make sure that I don't need anything. Roxie has been absolutely brilliant as have the whole team . Took 2 years to repair a window, installed interior door as main entry fire door so badly I had to use draft excluder to stop door rattling, fire alarm was never wired in for the 8 years I was renting flat 4, 17 walliscote road, huge crack in ceiling was looked at and needed full investigation but all spaces did was send out repair person who just screwed 4 screws in then silicone sealed the crack. Even though they were informed the whole window area could fall out.

Terrible on the phones, often very rude. Got through to a guy called Luke, who didn’t have a clue, seemed to be very confused by any sort of request. Awful customer service
