TO PUT A LARGE HOUSE ON THE MARKET AT MORE THAN I THOUGHT IT WAS WORTH THEN TO SELL IT WITHIN ONE MONTH IS FANTASTIC. H&O HELD MY HAD ALL THE WAY THROUGH, PUT UP WITH MY PHONE CALLS AND NEVER ONE LOST FAITH THAT ALL WOULD BE WELL IN THE END. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS GROUP HAS SOLD PROPERTY FOR ME AND ON BOTH OCCASIONS GETTING MORE THAN I EXPECTED.

Whilst we had a positive experience with this agent some 16 years ago when it was a smaller agency in Wells, we had some further recent interaction with the Glastonbury branch which was unfortunate. We were left feeling misled & unhappy with the experience. Sadly we haven't been left with a lot of confidence in the agency after this. Sad because the management at Wells when we worked with them were engaging, supportive & helpful. Maybe they're the people to sell through but not buy from?!
