We have rented our property once again through Josh at Newton King who is extremely professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with. I found it better to deal with Josh direct as our new tenants felt they had conflicting information from some of the other office staff and I had difficulty in understanding messages left for me. Having said these comments I find Newton King definitely an improvement on other letting agents we have used in the town in the past..

I would NOT recommend using Newton King estate agents as prospective tenants. Not once, but TWICE did they give a property away that we either had placed a holding deposit down on, or one that we had 'first refusal' on. Aside from it being down to the landlord's discretion as to who they choose as their tenants, the way in which they worded their emails made it sound as though we were the only option. And I quote:
'This will be available from the end of the month to the start of next so I thought I would mention it with you both having first refusal before listing'
