Fantastic service. The team at Tor estates made the whole process of selling our house extremely easy. We were kept informed at every stage of the process, and gave us lots of useful advice. Any questions we had were always responded to promptly and thoroughly. We dealt with Josie for a majority of the time, and we could not fault her. Would highly recommend Gavin Sweeney for mortgages too. Takes all the jargon out of the process, making it really simple, especially handy when we were first time buyers.

I was looking to buy or rent a property in Street and Tor had a couple of options. First impressions were pretty bad as they did not respond quickly to communications. Then we saw a rental property we liked and it just got worse and worse. Communications were slow and rude. Agent didnt care that we wanted to understand why they were trying to make us pay over 7000 in deposit when we had offered to pay the entire rental upfront (and had the means to buy the property outright if we wanted!) In the end we sent over all our details, and yet again - no response. Eventually after a few days they email
