We were tempted to use an on-line only agent but glad we didn't. With something as critical and stressful as selling a house, it is more important nowadays that there is a friendly and helpful person to assist, and Bloxham & Barlow certainly met this brief.
Whilst they are also comparable with their on-line presence, real people that you can speak to and/or see in person really adds that missing link to re-assure and get things moving with other parties when needed. Definitely recommended.

We obtained quotes from 3 estate agents and chose Bloxham and Barlow because they were professional in their approach, providing a competitive cost for selling the property and were not pushy. They sought to assist us in every way possible, providing recommendations of tradespeople where needed. The agent gave up his own time to facilitate viewings and I was very happy with the process of the sale.
Prospective buyers were treated with courtesy which is important. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bloxham and Barlow.

Bought a house with bloxham in April, to get so close to completing before the stamp duty kicked back in to be told A DAY before that are vendors have bought somewhere at the start of September and Cherry never thought to tell us when she was told knowing this house sale had be going on nearly 7 MONTHS!? Especially being so far into a house purchase and she knew we wanted it done by August let alone September, she then said they wouldnt move out for 3+ months then when was asked again if there was even a date and she said they wouldnt tell her a date so another lie.
