Can't thank kelvin Francis cyncoed branch enough. Matt for selling our property so quickly & Barbara for following thro our sale. Both could not do enough for us. Excellent service. Always took my calls and sold our property well over the asking price and within 12 weeks. I would certainly recommend this estate agent to everyone. Nothing was to much trouble. Thankyou again

Though I never thought I would write these words about a lettings agency from 10 years of experience, I have had a fantastic experience finding and getting my tenancy started with Kelvin Francis. Steve G has been responsive, explained the process and not left me wondering what to do next. I hugely appreciated their inventory check list where with images they have spelled out the condition of the house I'm renting transparently, responded within day turnarounds and have had a personable approach. We're really excited to be living here and are maybe a year or two off buying our first property,
