Avery directors; Sarah Tyson, Robert Tyson and Daren Podbury, launched Avery Estate Agents in 1988. Sarah and Daren; two very enthusiastic, well-trained estate agents, alongside Robert; a well-respected entrepreneur within local business, had decided the time was right to open their own Estate Agency.

Very much part of the furniture having been here since the office opened in 1988. Daren is trustworthy, highly regarded and part of the local community. Over the years Daren has valued and sold literally hundreds of property and can be relied upon for his accurate and honest advice. Calling on her LLB (Hons) Law Degree as a qualified Legal Secretary, Mandi offers vast experience within many aspects of property.

SCBU Charity Fundraising

Since 2006 Avery's Grand Charity Ball 'In Memory of Jack Colin Tucker' fundraising for the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) at St. Michaels Hospital, Bristol has taken place biannually and we are so proud to report that our event has so far raised over 200,000. We have purchased vital equipment including; incubators, a monitoring response unit, babytherm units, a blood gas analyser & vital signs baby monitors.
