Wanted to book a house viewing in Shepton Mallet with this estate agent - we had to call them at least 20 times throughout the day before they even picked up. The phone went to voicemail every time so the line wasnt busy, they just dont pick up. Eventually we managed to book the viewing with them but needed to call them again to confirm the viewing as they didnt bother to confirm with us - again, we called about 20 times and they never picked up.
