Ive used Phil for various house moves and remortgages over about the last 15 years. Hes an honest, friendly, what you see is what you get kinda guy, and knows everything there is to know concerning mortgages. He also does a great job of making the paperwork as painless as possible! Wouldnt hesitate in recommending Phil and his son Liam to anyone looking for mortgage help.
