Right from the start, Becky saw something in our property that two other agents didn't, seeing the potential beyond the work that needed doing. As a result, she suggested marketing it at a far higher price than others suggested and whilst I was initially worried by this, she was right and ended up securing significantly more than if we had gone elsewhere.
