These so called estate agents are the most incompetent agents we’ve ever had to deal with. They don’t return calls or emails. They are rude arrogant and self opinionated and treat prospective renters with utter contempt. To add insult to injury they haven’t informed anyone that their computer system has been hacked and scam emails had been sent out to renters asking for money. When I spook to Claire she stated that didn’t need to tell anyone. That just shows how contemptible they are. Be warned DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

From Alexander House: i have been living here for about 4 or 5 years now, i am Master student and have been here since my undergraduate degree. It is a good place to have students since the buildings allow privacy, security and all the bills are included, and you don't have to leave in August like in student accommodation from university. It is… close from town centre and you can just walk around 20 mins to university of suffolk, also this agency always have been quick to fix and help in case of any technical issues. I strongly advise you to check this place if you are looking for a room
