Having contacted Parkyns for a rentals found them to be highly unprofessional, despite reaching out immediately they would not arrange a remote viewing and when enquiring why we were not kept in the process could not offer any acceptable reasons we even offered to pay rental period up front. Everything you do not like about the worst brand of sales people.

Outstanding service!!! A friendly, courteous, and highly professional team. Found us the perfect tenants within a week and everything ran through very smoothly.

Please Please never do any business this agent one of the Worst estate agent Ive ever dealt with. Rented property with them and its like nightmare since day one always paying money for everything but never fix any problem in property. Issue me notice to empty property without any fault or any rent default i accepted and now when i want to empty property in notice period they don't want me to do that and treating to take court.

Worst estate agent Ive ever dealt with in the rental market, prepared to let me live in a flat with mould and damp when my Son is asthmatic, also told lies about a builders report when the landlord was actually kicking me out so she didnt have to make any repairs, flat is now back on the market with a lick of paint to hide the underlying issues!!! Good luck

Useless.. Had a view arranged, nobody let us know it was cancelled... If i hadn't of called to check some details, i'd have turned up and sat waiting. Incompetent
