Having dealt with this company over the past three weeks at their office in Clacton-on-sea. It's very clear to me that the office staff at the location all need retraining apart from one employee who seems to be the only person who knows what they were doing. Employees referring to customers as "MATE" is totally unexceptable The number of calls informing me about properties other employees had already informed me about , But the worst was when a bonds employee called and left messages for me and speaking so fast informing me about the return number to call I had to re-listen a number of times to
