I have found Riverdale to be exceptionally helpful and professional in all of my dealings with them. They always took calls and answered emails promptly and courteously. They are stuck right in the middle between landlord and prospective tenant, often not an easy position to be in and yet they maintain just the right amount of friendly business dealings. Riverdale have been my letting agent for the last 4.5 years and they have been great at every step. Even last year during lockdown where various things decided to all go wrong at once they were on it very swiftly and got the issues resolved in great time. I've recently moved out and the process of getting my deposit back has been very smooth too. Can highly recommend going through Riverdale if possible from a tenant's point of view.
