I used magnum taxi yesterday had no problem and booked them again and I was told will be about 10min then 20min later still not arived so called up and I was told not been sent out yet I was late for my appointment would not recommend them to my family and friends at all

Genuinely the worst taxi service Ive ever used in 30 years, avoid like the plague! Pre-booked a taxi two days before to pick us up from an event, received a text confirmation, waited 30 minutes after the pre-booked time and nothing had arrived, called the depot, got told sorry love, weve no idea when we can get someone to you before they put the phone down and left us stranded in the middle of nowhere! The faster these jokers go out of business the better for Stoke on Trent, just dont bother, use intercity or someone with a modicum of reliability instead!

I was lost somewhere messed up with other taxi driver literally crying on the road and then a taxi driver I dont know his name he met me in Hanley and I asked for the help he helped me to drop me in area near jobcentre and didn't asked for money.I dont know him but want to say a big thankyou to him. Sometimes people are disguise in angels.
