My son booked at taxi on the evening of the 7th Jan 22 for work at 5.40 the 8th Jan 22 the following morning for a 6am start. No taxi arrived, so my son rang them to be told his taxi wouldn't arrive for another hour. What good is this to a working man. You had more than enough time to sort his transport out. You shouldn't have taken the booking if you didn't want the work. If your drivers don't want the work, they aren't worth employing. Good customer service is to turn up on time when requested especially as you accepted the job.

We had a pre-booked taxi for 12:30am from Stone. At 12:30 we were waiting in the discussed location and no taxi arrived. Called Lucy Seven and they said they were 10 minutes away as they were just dropping off in the area. Waited 15 minutes, no taxi, called back they were now 30 minutes away. Called again our booking was now cancelled with no discussion. Comfortably the worst taxi service in the area, do you want a taxi? Do you want it to be on time? Do you want it to turn up at all? Dont use Lucky Seven they are terrible, the worst company in the area.

Extremely poor service tonight, we booked a taxi at 9.10 and despite phone calls from my husband and the very helpful owner of The Royal Oak, Dilhorne the taxi still hadn't arrived by 11.00. We were repeatedly given assurances that the taxi was on it's way and were even told that we hadn't been there when 2 taxis had allegedly arrived. CCTV proves otherwise. Fortunately two ladies who had booked a taxi with ABC taxis were going our way and agreed we could share or we would still have been waiting there. Needless to say if we want a taxi again we will be using ABC taxi NOT Lucky 7.

For a 9.90 fare got charged 11.20. There excuse was the prices fine up.
Trading standards have been contacted. Nothing but rip off merchants I've used this company every week for months.. Won't be using again
