I order a taxi on Tuesday to take me to St Giles road Willenhall. I would like if 247 would send regular customers a price list with correct fare or when the fare goes up I don't mind paying my new fare but when customer giving different price it's very confusing.Come on guys bring this taxi back to the taxi firm that everyone can relies on

Absolute garbage. AVOID AT ALL COST! Unless you don't really need to get anywhere on time. My mom had an extremely important appointment at the hospital today and even though she booked the taxi yesterday they kept delaying it, then it was dispatched, then it was canceled again! A taxi finally turned 1 hour after she booked it and so she missed her appointment. And the worse thing is, the hospital wouldn't see her because she was late. Now we have to wait again, and god knows how long it'll be. When you book a taxi you expect it to turn up on time! Never using this company again! iF YOU COULD

I ordered a taxi to pick me up from
Coseley station for a 10:40pm pickup. I had booked it in the morning and wasnt told there was a problem. When I called to confirm 30 minutes before my arrival, I was told there was a shortage of cars and to look to use a different taxi firm. I told them I didnt know a different taxi company as I didnt live locally. They assured me they would pick me up on time. I was stood waiting for over 20 minutes without any explanation. I eventually called my 80 year old father to come and pick me up as I had no idea how long they would make me wait. Its a very

Booked a taxi tonight and was stood waiting on my own for 40 minutes! Got told by one operator that I'd got ten minutes to wait, the next one told me I could have another hour to wait! Absolutely shocking! Cancelled and had to walk to find a local taxi company.

Ref number 6618816. Taxi booked the day before for 6.30am and no show. Cost me a fortune in lost money from work and train tickets. When contacted they said Taxi running late due to school runs. At 6.30am ? Then cancelled Taxi on me. Totally unprofessional service and liars by saying school runs
