I am shocked to see such negative reviews of this company considering they have been running for 30 years! Of all our experiences with Bizzy cars/Swan Cabs, our latest experience was hands down the best. Our driver was on time (a little early which put us at ease, with no pressure to rush), well put together (a blouse, smart jeans, polished shoes and (most importantly) a high level of personal hygiene!), helpful - organising and lifting our luggage into the boot (I can assure you I do not pack light!) and an overall professional and pleasant journey was had by all. Really really poor, Swan Cabs is also Bizzy Cars, two different trading names, very dodgy and horrendous service. The only redeeming quality was that the two elderly drivers that I dealt with were pleasant.

Hi ,just to say we had a bad experience with our driver.was to pick us up at Bristol arrivals airport,we had to go and find him in the car park of over 100 cars,it took an hour as it was pouring with rain and he just sat in his car,he was a smoker and i asked for a none smoker,and he was very scruffy, jeans ,hoody and dirty pumps,and when he got out of his car ,we carried our own cases down 2 lots of steps and to top it all he couldn't even find his own car ,so more wondering around.Bizzy cars need to educate the drivers they use.not a good service and would not use them again.not even an apology

If you want a firm that understands timings for driving across London, don't use bizzy. One of the most incompetent drivers we've encountered and then least receptive or helpful firms. They shafted us on our wedding weekend. DO NOT USE!!!!
