We know how busy ladies are, always trying to juggle work, family life and so many other commitments. Our structured 30-minute workout fits easily into your busy schedule - no excuses!
Zoom Classes - For ladies only who want a 2-way interactive class experience. Once the class starts your instructor will be able to see and hear you, allowing them to check your form and give correction pointers live. You will also be able to see, hear and talk to your instructor, which is great at the beginning and the end of each class as it builds a community of like-minded ladies who are keeping moving like you!
