I don't know what kept me away so long! From the parking to the intelligence of the staff, it's fantastic. The information they give you in the 1-2-1 sessions really do work and I've only been in the gym for a few days! I tell everybody they should come, it's so good and staff are friendly. I visited a few gyms in the local area and The Curve had beaten all of the gyms in terms of cleanliness and the staff here are so welcoming and friendly.
I've toned up and strengthened up with my cardio levels. I feel so much healthier and happier. Having a 1-2-1 was an eye opener as I have never been taught how to use machines correctly before. Thank you Curve. I've been to the gym for a week and already seen results. I couldn't even walk down the stairs without taking them with 2 feet on each step and now I can already walk down stairs normally and move my joints more.

Our fitness instructors are all qualified to a minimum Level 2 Fitness qualification. After your initial induction when you join The Curve, you can then book in for a 1-2-1 with a fitness instructor for your very own bespoke, tailor-made fitness programme and meal plans if required, and review every 4-6 weeks for FREE.
