AIB have always offered and friendly comprehensive service. Just pick up the phone to get through to somone who can answer your queries, unlike some of the larger brokers where you get kicked to a call center. Competitive rates offered

I called up and was told I would receive a call back a few hours then pass and I call back to find out when I was going to receive a call only to be told that they don't have my name or number down, so I once again give them my name and number and I was then called a short while later. Spoke to a gentleman in the evening who spent 20 minutes taking my details and he said he would get back to me soon as the underwriters are very busy (didn't provide a rough time). A good 3 or 4 hours later and no call and the office is now closed. Waited until 12pm the next day and still no call. I then called back
