How have this company not been struck off!! useless, spoke to a woman called Becky who offered to help, then a week later said 'Oh im sorry your complaint hasn't gone through I will send it again". heard nothing and then ignored emails for 2 months!!!. am now in the process of legal action, contact your bank for a refund if tickets bought on a card and the financial ombudsman!!

Disappointed about the Percy's Halloween party. They sold tickets for an event with RnB, Hip Hop music and none of that music was played. The party was ok but just the opposite music I expected and the description of the party was 100% misleading and fake.

Do not waist money going to any event organised by RITUAL London. Ive just been to their Halloween party sold here on Design my night. Purchased VIP tickets and it was the worse party I have ever been. Terrible organization and extremely rude staff.

Booked a pub to watch the Euros and the pub wasn't even open. Received no warning, even had to book the place with my credit card. Last minute couldn't find anyone else. Completely ruined the night, would recommend avoiding at all cost.

I booked a Pullman steam express trip through designmynight, it cost over 200.00 as a birthday gift, the company that organises the steam train cancelled and now design my night are saying they can t issue me a refund as it's the responsibility of the steam train company, who say it's the responsibility of designmynight as I paid them directly. It's disgusting how I m getting pushed around for a simple refund that can be simply rectified. I paid designmynight so the refund needs to come from them. Will never use them again.
