They told me they would call back and discuss further, but they never did for nearly 2 months. I called 3-4 times, and they kept telling me, "We are busy. We will call back in a couple of days". How they treated candidates were extremely irresponsible and hugely disappointing. I also felt they might be descriminating candidates somehow. As good reviews are all from certain group of people. And now over 4 months passed, no sign of engagement and they don't even respond to my message. It is very dissapointing. I have a impression that that they don't accept non-birth-natives or ethnic minority?

Back in 2018, I've been invited to meet one of their advisors. I got positive reviews about my portfolio. I've been encouraged to set up a limited company. And nothing afterwards. My mails got ignored. Maybe 2-3 mail exchanges in the past 3 years. Last week an Associate Talent Partner sent an email asking if I'm still freelancing and told me there is a 'booming' demand. He wanted catch up. I answered and told him I'd be happy to talk on the phone and what a surprise! I got ignored again.

I joined MajorPlayers at the end of 2019 as freelance graphic designer. Since that time I was the only one emailing and asking if there are any jobs available. At some point my emails were ignored completely, which is unprofessional. Overall, I spent my time of trying to join them and effort in chasing, which brought me nothing. I totally understand that there was pandemic going on, however it has been over for several period of time. Wouldnt recommend even trying to join them !
