Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation through manual therapy, movement re-training, and functional assessments. We specialise in treating tendon injuries, hypermobility, and sports-related conditions using evidence-based techniques. Patients benefit from one-hour consultations that combine hands-on treatment with personalised exercise programmes to accelerate recovery and prevent recurrence.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave Therapy utilises high-energy sound waves to stimulate healing in chronic tendon injuries, plantar fasciitis, and golfers elbow. This non-invasive treatment breaks down damaged tissue, promotes blood flow, and accelerates natural repair processes. Patients typically experience significant improvement after 4-6 sessions, with many reporting pain reduction after the first treatment.
Womens Health
Our womens health services include prenatal/postnatal assessments, menopause MOTs, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. We offer pessary fitting, pre-conception advice, and recovery programmes for pregnancy-related injuries. Treatments combine manual therapy, targeted exercises, and lifestyle guidance to address conditions like diastasis recti and pelvic girdle pain.
Running Analysis
Biomechanical running analysis identifies movement inefficiencies through video capture and pressure mapping. We provide technique coaching to reduce injury risk, improve performance, and correct issues like overstriding or poor foot strike. Clients receive customised drills and strength exercises to implement lasting running form improvements.
Movement School
Movement School offers structured programmes for injury rehabilitation, senior mobility, and sports performance. Sessions focus on neuromuscular re-education, balance training, and functional movement patterns. Participants develop body awareness, joint stability, and movement efficiency through progressive exercises tailored to individual capabilities.

The Mummy MOT session gave me the essential information I needed so I can strengthen and support my body effectively post-baby. Rosie shares her knowledge in an extremely sensitive, tailored and down-to-earth way. Every mother should see Rosie after giving birth to help them get them back onto the road of recovery and to help them feel empowered in their own body.

Having been recommended by many friends, I arranged to have rehab treatment from Chris on my elbow, which I had injured 6 weeks before and had not been responding to physiotherapy treatment. Chris immediately treated my elbow with shock wave therapy and massage and provided exercises, which saw results in just two weeks, with four treatments. I have continued with the advice given and am now phasing my way back to playing tennis. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and installed huge confidence in his rehab ability and I would like to thank him and Ben for their help in getting me back on court!

I am an enthusiastic (but elderly) runner. I started a course of treatment with Chris Kay in June for a painful knee injury. Following Chris's treatment and recommended exercises to strengthen supporting muscles, I am now fully restored and can consider running again. Chris was a welcoming and thoughtful physio. I enthusiastically recommend him.

Saw Gareth Crankshaw after I sustained a shoulder injury while bench pressing. Gareth was excellent, reassuring and very knowledgeable. He referred me to a specialist as I needed an MRI and I am glad he did as it needs specialist intervention. I would definitely return for physio when I need it.
