Services
Physiotherapy
Our Chartered Physiotherapists treat musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy. Patients receive immediate intervention during first consultations, with treatment plans tailored to individual needs. We specialise in treating back pain, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation, combining traditional methods with modern approaches like dry needling and biomechanical assessment.
Vestibular Therapy
Specialist dizziness and balance rehabilitation delivered by accredited vestibular physiotherapists. Treatment includes BPPV crystal repositioning techniques, gaze stability exercises, and balance retraining programs. We address conditions like labyrinthitis, Mnire's disease, and post-concussion syndrome, with progressive treatment plans that restore confidence in daily activities and improve quality of life through systematic desensitisation and adaptation exercises.
Neurological Rehabilitation
Customised movement recovery programs for neurological conditions including stroke, MS, and Parkinson's disease. Our specialist physiotherapist employs Bobath techniques, functional task training, and strength-building exercises to maximise mobility. Treatment focuses on improving gait patterns, reducing spasticity, and enhancing independence through goal-oriented rehabilitation plans developed in collaboration with patients and their care networks.
Pilates Therapy
Instructor-led Pilates sessions adapted for rehabilitation purposes, combining core stability training with postural correction. Our Chartered Physiotherapists modify exercises for back pain management, post-natal recovery, and sports performance enhancement. Small group classes ensure individual attention while using specialist equipment to improve flexibility, strength, and body awareness in a supportive therapeutic environment.
TMJ Treatment
Specialist management of temporomandibular joint disorders through manual therapy and muscle re-education. Treatment addresses jaw pain, clicking, and headaches caused by TMJ dysfunction using soft tissue release, joint mobilisation, and postural retraining. Our physiotherapists collaborate with dental professionals to provide non-invasive solutions for chronic jaw conditions, incorporating stress management techniques and ergonomic advice for lasting relief.

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to get value from their money. The staff are incompetent and rude. They are not organised in any way and they do not fulfil the job expected. I booked this appointment after being informed it was an hour session with an assessment and treatment. I feel defrauded of money as the appointment only lasted 30 mins due to a receptionist mix up and then was still charged 50 for the session. Completely unacceptable. The directors are the staff and to be quite honest the one I have spoken with is very rude. Youre better off going somewhere else and
