The best agents around! I have been a tenant with Patricia Shepherd for the best part of 6 years and what an experience, they really do go out of there way to help. As a busy mum of 4 they make everything so straight forward and easy. I truly can not recommend them enough. I must also mention Charlotte and Teresa they are fantastic, one of the best letting agents I have ever come across. Thank you to them all. Superb team!

My wife and I have been clients of Pat Shepherd lettings for more than two decades, renting out two properties. In all that time they have never put a foot wrong. I can thoroughly recommend the whole team. You can trust their advice to be the best, backed up by decades of experience. When legislation changes, as it has frequently, in relation to the landlord and tenant relationship, they are always up to date and looking out for the interests of both parties. Don't even bother yourself going elsewhere, these people are at the top of the tree. Larger organisations have staff that come and go quickly

I have so much praise and positive feedback for the staff at Patricia Shepherds Lettings agents. We have recently moved in to a beautiful house in Carshalton, From the start to present date I have been very impressed with all aspects of this letting agents. It was a smooth process through out all of the different stages of moving. They were flexible and understanding when we needed to view the property at specific times due to work and child care commitments. A lady called Charlotte helped me through the paper work and forms that we had to complete, she answered my endless questions and emails
