In 2010 we identified a glaring opportunity in the London property market as it started shifting from sales to lettings. We decided to focus entirely on lettings, not sales, and always will. Having worked in Wimbledon for years, our founding team identified a shift on the property market and a unique opportunity to build a focussed lettings only agency.
