Im survivor of living with infested mould and mice. They locked me out of a 3 year contract, and neglected to do any repairs on the flat. The most horrible years of my life, and my partner. Unfortunately she suffered with this as well. We were both out of options to leave. When I tried to reason to leave with a dead of surrender, they told me I had to pay 30K for the rest of the tenancy. I also offered to pay rent for 2 months until they find a tenant. That is enough to do repairs and find someone, given it is London. Even had to pay for the pest control myself. No one helped us, including

Efficient. Helpful. Worth it! I am a landlord of a small 2 bed flat in Wimbledon - non-commercial, letting it out for personal reasons. Prior to using Winchester White to find my tenants and let the property, I'd been cautious of using agency due to the fees. Winchester White's reputation precedes them. I found the registration process easy, well supported and very clear communication throughout.
