We rented our place via Mostyn for five years and I can honestly say they are one of the nicest and professional estate agents I have ever come into contact with. Not only did they always respond to our needs in a positive way but they also went beyond the call of duty at time (like when my partner locked himself out the flat). Thanks a million guys

Without doubt the worst letting agency I have come across. I rented from them for 2 years on Maycross Avenue Morden and when I complained about a un flashed chimney breast that was allowing damp and mould to grow on the wall of the living room I and my young family were evicted. No rent arrears, no complaints an almost perfect tenancy until I asked for a problem to be fixed. I spent christmas in St Geroges with my son with pneumonia. It's taken me three years to write this review and I bet you thought I'd gone away but a recently new poor letting agency has reminded me just how awful you were.

Mostyn Management have ruined my flat, they manage a block of 5 flats in Surbiton. They organised a new roof for the building. My previously pristine damp free top floor flat now has major damp issues in 3 rooms. They visit, say 'yes its damp' shrug their shoulders and leave. I would not recommend Mostyn management.

Had a great experience renting a property managed by MML. Easy to deal with when queries arose and with a much more personable and reasonably priced service than most letting agencies in London. Would recommend finding a property through them if looking to rent in London.
