An excellent service from Philip Bullman in the sale of our flat in E1. We received interest in the property very quickly. Thereafter, unlike most estate agents, he took a very active role in the sale process, ensuring that all parties kept up a level of urgency and did not let matters rest. In that way, the sale was completed within a tight timetable, which is what we wanted. We would recommend Philip.

Dealing with Adrian who is the renewals manager (although not entirely sure what he does apart from send unprofessional and incorrect information over email). We have experienced some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. He is rude , unprofessional, unhelpful and unapologetic . Errors with our contract going back and fourth and we were made to feel like we were in the wrong , to the point of feeling threatened and no one has apologised to us . I will never deal with this estate agent again . AVOID

The manager, Olivier, whose calming french accent and direct sincerity and compassion immediately reassures you that this Estate Agent is as honest and helpful and the most trustworthy I have ever come across- Ive dealt with a few over my 30+ years as an adult moving buying and renting
My personal situation with fragile mental health has been handled with integrity and compassion and if ever there was an example of trust in your fellow man then go to Atkinson McLeod Balham
You will not be disappointed

Fantastic experience. I haven't moved in a while so was a bit apprehensive but Philip Bullman was fantastic in guiding me though the process. He was proactive, knowledgeable, a great support and made the process very simple. I would highly recommend Philip to anyone looking to move.
